Spinning grade cellulose diacetate
Spinning grade refers to cloth whose content of conjugated acid amounts to approx. 55% and which is mainly used for cloth that is woven by cellulose acetate in such fields as filament or staple fiber.
The product has excellent hand feel and desirable drooping. Its related products have come into wide use in high-grade garments.
Because cellulose acetate tows can absorb the tar, phenols and other poisonous substances in cigarettes, without affecting the cigarette taste, more than 90%’s of the cigarette filters in the present market are made of spinning grade cellulose diacetate.
